For a fast and easy return process on sizing, the return is at the small expense of covering the cost of the shipping. Please contact our customer service team at any stage so we can assist you with any sizing or fitting questions- as we want our beautiful products to look and feel the best on you! To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All customers are entitled to a refund of their purchase, if they are unhappy with their purchase. The item must be returned to our warehouse to be eligible for a full refund in the same condition it was received in, to be eligible for a return. We have to comply to this strict standard to ensure our company complies with the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974. To initiate a return, as stated above all we need is fair reasoning for the return information with regards to your order - so we ca then take you through the return postage process.

>We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This has to be completed via a returns request - submitted via email.
