To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to prove the item is damaged or broken for a complete refund.
You will need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase. This is strictly policy with no exceptions. Regular items cannot be returned if undamaged and can only be refunded for store credit only. This is to comply with several European and United states laws.*
